At Darktrace, Human Resources (HR) is focused on balancing the needs of the employee and the needs of the business. Our current UK/EMEA HR team are based at our Headquarters in Cambridge, UK. We are in search of a confident and focused HR Specialist to join our dynamic and well-connected global HR team. The role will be based in our office in The Hague, Netherlands supporting all HR matters across The Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark and Germany as well as leaning into the team to support other regions as required.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
You will act as the key HR point of contact across for employees across The Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and Denmark region. Managing relationships with key stakeholders across the business, advising on employee relations matters across the territory.
Candidate Requirements:
We welcome applicants who have strong previous experience working in a HR role in the Netherlands. We would require you to have great knowledge of The Netherlands labour laws and regulations. You will be confident to work independently as well as a team member, on projects and tasks.
More desirable skills include knowledge of German, Swedish and Danish labour laws and regulations. We would like someone to have HR qualifications or be working towards them and some experience working across multiple European countries.
