As the Senior Security Manager, Special Programs you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Raytheon and Government regulations including but not limited to the NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, DoDM 5105.21 series, Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), and the ICD-705 Technical Specification. In this non supervisory role you will be the subject matter expert in security policy and procedure implementation. You will have demonstrated experience in developing executable plans with measurable results, implementing cost effective approaches to policy implementation, and developing Plans of Action and Milestones to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities. This position is onsite and will be based at McKinney, TX. You will at times be required to travel between Raytheon business locations in the Dallas, TX metro area and may have to travel to other US based locations as well.
What You Will Do
- Develop, and implement cost effective security procedures utilizing the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07 series, the ICD-705, and Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).
- Manage security projects such as SOP development, OPSEC Plans, facility construction, and SETA implementation.
- Manage the daily security operations of SAPFs and SCIFs.
- Provide oversight and direction to other functional areas on security related matters.
- Provide managerial oversight of annual self-inspections and Government inspections, evaluate findings, and direct the implementation and re-evaluation of the corrective action(s).
- Investigate security infractions/violations, prepare reports specifying the potential for loss or compromise, and provide associated corrective actions.
- Collaborate and assist the ISSO / ISSM on implementation of JSIG requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree preferablyin Security Management, Criminal Justice, Cyber/Technology Management, Business Management, or similar curriculum and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience working in Industrial Security, Information Assurance/Cyber, Special Programs, security management, military, or government information security programs.
- Previous experience as a Special Programs Security Officer (PSO, CPSO, GSSO, SSO) supporting SAP and/or SCI Programs.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualification We Prefer
- Masters Degree in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field of study.
- At least 12 years of National Security experience preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple customer agencies in a security role.
- Related training with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) including, Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
