Role Purpose
Be part of the IAM Security Administration function. Supporting team by providing analyses and insights to Service Managers and business owners, resolving the more complex queries and issues.
Role Responsibilities
- Supports Service Level Agreements for each service and ensures consistency of content and approach
- Handle business access requests in accordance with SLA
- Investigate all appropriate means to improve processes within Security Administration
- Collaborate with other IT system owners to resolve queries and processing blockers
- Own of allocated requests for user access maintenance, which include removals, additions or amendments of users access to certain critical applications
- Provides first level business contact and conveys resolutions to customer issues, ensuring customer feedback is progressed to a mutually agreed and acceptable resolution
- Assists in development and delivery of improvements, bug fixes and infrastructure within the team
- Ensures accurate recording, documentation and closure of queries, updating customer data and producing activity reports
- Provides a high level of customer service

Minimum Requirements
- 2year of experience in IAM/information security rolesor relevant educationieComputer Science degree, IAM technologyor Information Security certification.
- Demonstrates a goodunderstanding of information security principles and standard methodologies.
- Demonstrates an understanding of IAM principles and how they are embedded into core business processes
- Preferred prior experience in the financial servicesand / or technologysector.
- This is anindividualcontributor role.
