Our Identity and Access Management team focuses on helping our clients design, implement and operate effective access controls that protect against threats, support business objectives, and enable growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model, exponentially more data is generated and shared among organizations, partners and customers. You'll play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by using the latest strategies and tools in effectively managing access to all this data. Our team helps organizations manage access to critical assets by focusing on areas like Access Management (AM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Entitlement Management and Directories.

Job Description

- 3-7 Years of software development experience.
- Experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solution
- Good hands-on experience with one or more of the tools Sailpoint, Entra, Savyint, ForgeRock, Okta, CyberArk etc.
- Installation, integration and deployment of IAM solution
- Very good java programming skills (Good to have Java certification)
- Experience with database, directories and application servers
- Knowledge of working in Agile and DevOps platform
- Good to have knowledge of SSL certificate creation, deployment and renewal
- Cloud technology experience or sound knowledge of concepts (Azure, AWS, Google)
- Application management and administration skills.
- Experience documenting technical architecture specifications.
- Understanding of Access Control technologies including but not limited to- RBAC, ABAC and conditional access policies
- Scripting skills including but not limited to PowerShell, Python, Shell scripts.
- CISSP or comparable security certifications highly desirable.
- Customer interaction experience in a corporate setting is a big plus.
- Any vendor certifications (Sailpoint, Saviynt, Azure) is preferred.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
- Open to work in rotational shift from 6PM to 3 AM IST/ 9PM to 6AM IST
- Professional and Educational Background
