We’re looking for a Product Security Engineer Specialist to join our ever evolving Cyber team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team
The product security team at Worldpay is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our new and growing team. The product team will be instrumental at defining the vision to help secure Worldpay going forward. You will work closely with development teams to enable them to build secure products and provide them with adequate security context to make the right decisions for Worldpay.
What you’ll own
·Participate in security architecture design reviews and threat modeling sessions with guidance from senior team members. Learn how to identify potential security risks and explore solutions.
Work with the team on vulnerability analysis, understand detected vulnerabilities, and assist in recommending remediation options.
Contribute to building a catalog of secure patterns for engineers, learning how to implement secure design and code.
Gain exposure to aligning solutions with industry standards such as PCI, SOC, GDPR, CCPA, and cloud security best practices.
What you bring
Basic understanding of security principles and a keen interest in software security.
Familiarity with at least one programming language and a desire to learn more about secure coding practices.
Willingness to engage with CI/CD processes and security technologies, including tools like SAST, DAST, and SCA.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful security initiative.
Bonus if you have:
Experience with Java and/or .NET.
Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols and securing APIs.
Experience working with CI/CD teams to implement new security technologies in the pipeline. Including SAST, DAST, and SCA tools.
Expertise in both offensive and defensive tactics.
