The Opportunity:
As a leader and cyber mission specialist, you understand the value of advanced tactics, techniques, and technologies to counter the ever-increasing threat landscape. At Booz Allen, you can use your cyberspace operations experience to implement approaches and create solutions that will be executed on a worldwide stage. We’re looking for an experienced cyber mission specialist like you to apply your knowledge in planning, executing, and leading defensive cyberspace operations and technology solutions that impact critical national security missions.
In this role, you’ll be counted on to understand today's needs and tomorrow's challenges, and to apply critical thinking to secure enterprise networks, systems, and platforms. You'll have the opportunity to lead teams and inform program and client leadership. Your role will be vital to planning and executing defensive cyberspace operations and implementing capabilities to identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover from cyber threats and events.

You Have:
- 7+ years of experience with defensive cyberspace operations, cybersecurity, or cybersecurity engineering
- Experience leading teams and managing tasks and resources
- Experience planning, coordinating, and executing tasks across clients, subcontractors, vendors, or teams
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, or 16+ years of experience in cybersecurity in lieu of degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with identity management, privileged user access, access controls, end point protection, network protection, vulnerability scanning, or SIEM support
- Experience with Risk Management Framework principles
- Experience with Cloud providers such as AWS, Microsoft, and Google, and affiliated security solutions
- Experience implementing or operating cybersecurity tools such as Splunk, Tenable, Trellix, and Elastic
- DoD IAT Level II or Level III Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
