Key Role:
Work with a development team to use emerging technologies to create reports, capabilities supporting data capture, processing and data sharing with DoD and Federal partners. Share knowledge and findings including aggregating information from multiple sources to influence the development of training programs, Techniques, Tactics, and procedures (TTP’s). Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or Joint missions, processes, and culture. Serve as a functional liaison to support the client, DoD, and federal users on development of products. Prepare and review briefings, presentations, reports, internal documents, correspondence, and weekly or monthly status input. Review deliverables to ensure technical, programmatic, and strategic goals and objectives are met.Identify possible program risks to client, customer, and performance goals and plan, coordinate, and attend meetings with client, customer, and team members. This position will require international travel.
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years of experience with planning, analysis, testing, and integration and providing implementation advice for complex problems associated with CEM and Foreign Materiel
5+ years of experience with Collected Exploitable Material (CEM) program management or Foreign Materiel program management
5+ years ofexperience with scheduling and delivering system user training
5+ years ofexperience with Advanced Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX), sUAS Exploitation, Identity Intelligence, Identity Activities, Human Signatures exploitation, or Foreign Materiel activities
Experience with tasks in Special Operations Forces Portal, Department of the Navy Information Screening and Identification System (DONISIS), or Defense Exploitation (DEX)
Experience with supporting multilayered, multi-int analysis and fusion in direct support of CIED efforts and operations, including Integration of existing national level products and databases for near real time support to forces
Experience with supporting Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD)
Ability to travel internationally
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with Collected Exploitable Material (CEM) or Foreign Materiel program management
Additional Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with tasks in Special Operations Forces Portal, Department of the Navy Information Screening and Identification System (DONISIS), or Defense Exploitation (DEX)
5+ years of experience with providing program support for emerging threat capability competency areas, including CIED, Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), Counter-UAS (CUAS), Electronic Warfare (EW), Explosive Ordnance Intelligence (EoINT), and Identity Intelligence and Exploitation support
Experience with Data and Information science, data mesh, software and hardware integration and solutions, and Technical Exchange Meetings and supporting Common Intel Picture and Common Operating Picture tools and services
Experience in coordinating and deconflicting CEM and Foreign Materiel support with Human Intelligence, Counterintelligence, and Sensitive Activities (SA).
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
