CyberArk is looking for a Security Services Senior Manager - In this role you will play a key role in driving the Business Transformation and Services revenue expansion, by ensuring the engagement, success,retentionand growth of CyberArk Customers.
This role willreportto a SeniorDirector of Security Servicesand will workclosely withthe Sales, Solution Engineering andCustomer Success teams.
Responsibilities:
- Leadinghigh-quality and successful delivery of all Security Services engagements and acts as the point of escalation for the team,providingnecessary guidance onallissues that mightarise
- ProvideCyberArk expert technical services to enterprise customers, while optimizing technical deliverymethodologyand delivery model for customers
- Present CyberArk’s Security Services value proposition effectively and proactively seek out new security services opportunities. Participate in sales activities, Drive adoption including positioning technical services, scoping, solutioning, estimating andproposing
- Collaborate with other teams/divisions, regional delivery partners, strengthen relationships,andidentifyincremental businessopportunities
- Overview the workload of the Security Services Team by ensuring adequate service delivery coverage in allsituations
- Contribute to the expansion of services within theregion
- Communicate all processes and best practices and learnings gained to/from thefield
- Activelyparticipateinwider leadership projects andinitiatives
- Respond to requests from both internal and external customers/clients
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience working in acustomer-facingtechnical role/ Projectmanager
- Experience managing complex delivery projects to meet customers'objectives
- Experience with the following technologies: IDM, SSO, SIEM, Application Servers, Authentication Products, and Ticketing Systems
- Experience with Cloud Services – AWS, Google, Azure
- Experience workingwith Salesforce, Financial force,Gainsight
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- MIS/Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience is anadvantage
- Fluent English
