Your Role and ResponsibilitiesDelivers capacity building activities, manages engagement and business Cybersecurity on strategy/policy/governance for critical infrastructure and intelligence with host government agencies, providing technical expertise and guidance on innovative solutions to digital infrastructure challenges.Conducts technical analyses for the subject matter activities, and preparation of deliverables. Provides technical guidance and direct support on subject matters with host country beneficiary entities and build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and host country government agencies.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Demonstrated experience in various areas of Cybersecurity strategy and project management, including planning, design, managing computer systems and security tools and protocols; development of strategies and policies, legal and regulatory frameworks for public and/or private entities.
- Understanding how to take technical security findings and convert to an action plan
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering capacity building activities;
- Demonstrated experience in writing, presenting, and producing deliverables.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Experience working internationally and/or in Eastern Europe
- Experience with cybersecurity capacity build
- Strong knowledge of Critical Infrastructure sectors
- CISSP or CISM preferred, but not required.
- Experience with USAID, Department of State, and/or E&E region
- Active Security Clearance Preferred Top Secret
