Director, Product Management, Fraud and Decisioning
Overview
Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.
The AI Fraud Solutions team is looking for a Director, Product Management to scale and deliver advanced fraud management tools to global issuers. In this role, the candidate will lead GTM efforts to drive new products and services to customers across the globe and work closely with product development, management, and regional and account teams to secure pricing and prioritization for new products and services in the market and execute the product road map and delivery for the Fraud and Decisioning products team. The ideal candidate has a passion for bringing ideas to life, managing multiple and changing priorities, and a proven ability to work across teams to drive and deliver execution.
Role
• Act as an expert, advocate, and champion for solution suite
• Own the execution of all product launch and enhancement initiatives including pricing, communications, prioritization, and cross-functional management execution.
• Build and maintain a product centric Total Addressable Market (TAM) perspective by segment
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams for product sales, usage, and continuous product enhancement
• Prioritize development efforts as they align against business strategy
• Understand product requirements to address different pockets of market opportunities
• Create commercialization plans for newly launched product and features, identifying target customers/segments and specific approach
• Work cross-functionally to set commercial prioritization and evaluate investment needs and financial impacts of all product efforts.
• Provide coordination and oversight for product release and/or enhancements for the Global Product team.

The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• Advanced experience in product management, delivery, marketing or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead complex multifunctional teams to achieve results.
• Great project management skills: highly organized and able to deal with multiple and competing priorities.
• Experienced in driving end to end execution of initiatives – particularly in a cross-functional environment, managing and prioritizing competing initiatives.
• Strong communication & influencing skills to work with internal stakeholders, with ability to clearly articulate problem statements and opportunity areas.
• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for products
• Ability to quickly learn about technologies and navigate in a global business environment with colleagues that are located around the globe.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability and motivation to quickly understand and assess various requirements and solve unique problems across multiple business domains.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for colleagues.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and managing across functional teams

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
