The M365 Cloud Security – Security Architecture Lifecycle Team for E+D (SALTed) is looking for a Senior Security Assurance Engineer to help us drive objectives to meet our goal of offering the most secure and trusted productivity experiences in the world. This position requires passion for technology, growth engineering, data-informed decision making, partner engagement, and most of all: customer focus. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in software development lifecycle, designing or developing Software and Services, large scale computing, modelling, cyber security, anomaly detection.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Networking, Information Assurance, Cyber Security, Mathematics, Risk Management, or related field.
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in identifying security vulnerabilities, software development, large-scale computing, modelling, cyber security, and anomaly detection
- OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of experience with Secure Software Development practices
- 3+ years experience with implementing security controls and process for hyper-scale computing platforms.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
