Job Description & Summary
A career in our Cybersecurity, Privacy and Forensics team will provide you the opportunity to solve our Financial Sector clients’ most critical business and data protection related challenges. In The Netherlands, PwC has bundled its cybersecurity expertise in a growing, highly qualified team of over 150 professionals. We offer the full scope of cybersecurity consulting to our clients ranging from strategic to operational level projects that include people, process and technological perspectives.
We approach cyber security as a value creator and differentiator for our clients. Our cyber security practice is helping our clients to build trust and solve complex challenges by supporting them in defining a cyber security vision and strategy, design and development of sustainable and agile frameworks (based on NIST CSF, ISO27000, etc.), selection and implementation of supporting technology (together with our technology partners like Microsoft, Google and AWS) and the change management required to successfully improve cyber security for our clients.
What you are going to do
In this role, as a seasoned Cyber Security Senior Manager (SME and Leadership) you bring our Cyber Security team and its associated services further: Advising on C-level, you will consult, drive change on Board level at our financial sector clients;
Coaching junior Cyber Security professionals within our team and bringing them further in their career;
Be the SME regarding Cyber Security topics and cooperate with other teams and expertise’s, also across territories;
Grow our visibility in the market and drive business development initiatives.
More hands-on activities will include:
Develop external relationship network and take ownership in building client relations;
Assess cyber security maturity and help clients in building and implementing sustainable cyber security measures while leveraging technology;
Support clients in assessing, developing and implementing cyber security frameworks;
Support clients in designing and supporting their cyber security operation processes, technology and guidelines. For example;
Defining cyber security governance and target operating models;
Implementing security measures to mitigate risks;
Implement cutting-edge and innovative technological solution to keep the financial sector safe and secure;
Data discovery, mapping and classification.
You recognize yourself in the following:
You have minimum experience of 8 years working in Cybersecurity, Information governance and Financial Services;
You hold two or more cyber related certifications from ISC2, ISACA or related certification bodies: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) or other related certifications;
You hold a Master’s or Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer Science, or related technical degrees like mathematics, technology or engineering;
You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and in Dutch;
You demonstrate knowledge and proven success in a role that emphasizes knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Cyber Governance, Cyber Security Operations, Three Lines of Defense or Cyber Security Product management roles. Preferably in a professional services firm or large financial organization.
