As a Senior Associate, Infrastructure and Operations, Cybersecurity, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. We are seeking a highly motivated and process-oriented individual with a strong interest in automation and process definition. The ideal candidate will possess scripting knowledge, a solid understanding of the listed technical requirements, and a keen interest in learning new technologies and proposing innovative ideas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee and manage the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal configuration, security, and performance. This includes maintaining the ticketing system, identifying improvement and automation opportunitiesand developing optimization workflows to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of requests.
Design and sustain seamless integrations with both internal and customer tools to ensure a cohesive and efficient operations workflow for the team.
Support ISO 27001 and SOC2 compliance initiatives and audits, serving as the subject matter expert on controls and conducting regular reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
Create and maintain operational procedures and runbooks to ensure clear and consistent management of infrastructure and operations.
Address on-site issues at the Digital Resilience Center, ensuring efficient and secure facility operations
Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python and PowerShell) and experience using APIs to automate tasks and integrate systems.
Proven ability to develop, manage, and maintain APIs, including creating API documentation and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, administration, and optimization.
Knowledge of ITIL best practices like structured IT change management to minimize risks and downtime, utilizing effective tools and methodologies.
Understanding of the ISO 27001 and SOC2 standards,audit requirements, and ensuring regulatory compliance is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Vaughan with remote capabilities, ensuring operational flexibility.
Proven problem-solving ability, responsible task management, and
Availability for on-call support.
Be resourceful to understand, research and ask probing questions to effectively problem solve.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a System Administration role.
Prior scripting experience is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
Experience in incident and change management processes.
