In this role you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the organization's strategies, while it algins to IAM Operations. They will translate high-level business goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment between governance and execution. In addition, drive control oversight, and risk reductions for operations while also identify process efficiencies.
This role is all about processes efficiencies within IAM. We need someone who knows how to find places to automate, look at controls and most importantly has a risk minded background. You may have done implementation work or served as a process engineer in an IAM role. You’ll be an expert at looking at onboarding and offboarding and love finding places to become more efficient. You’ll have a consultant style that listens to input and current challenges and can put a plan together. You are a been there, done that candidate that enjoys listening, solutioning and making the IAM journey seamless for everyone.
Each day will be different as you manage IAM-related projects, driving continuous improvements in identity governance, workflows, and user experience. You’ll serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IAM technical teams to translate business needs into actionable IAM strategies.
In this role, you will:
Analyze and optimize IAM business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational security and business objectives.
Oversee identity governance, user access policies, and compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, HR, and business teams to enhance IAM processes, automation, and efficiency.
Develop IAM business strategies, metrics, and reporting to measure effectiveness and compliance.
Support IAM program initiatives, including role-based access control (RBAC), privileged access management (PAM), Cloud, Non-Human Accounts and identity lifecycle management.
Ensure seamless onboarding, offboarding and access review process to maintain security and minimize risks.
Monitor and enhance IAM risk management processes, ensuring timely mitigation and security gaps.
Work with vendor, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure IAM operations adhere to best practices.
Required Qualifications, US:
5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years experience with IAM technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, CyberArk or similar platforms.
3+ years with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP) and compliance frameworks.
3+ years of proven ability to manage IAM projects, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiencies.
3+ years of Identity Access Management experience
2+ years of Technology or Business controls experience
2+ years of Escalation management or supervisory capacity
3+ years related work experience in financial industry operations or systems
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00Benefits
